EXERCISE CONSULTING 

       We understand what it takes to overcome physical challenges, restore movement patterns, and maximize performance. With our knowledge of human anatomy and movement we specialize in customized exercise programs. We structure our system around the individuals needs and wants, because each person is uniquely different.

       Our in depth assessments and interviews provide necessary information for identifying the essentials that are of highest priority for the individual to achieve health and wellbeing. The assessment information supplies the data to create and structure an optimal program. 

The assessment and interview process includes:

  • 3. Movement Screen                               
  • 4. Postural Analysis                                       
  • 5. Spinal & Pelvic Measurements                                                                                                                                         
  • 6. Comparative Range of Motion for Muscles & Joints                                                                                                      
  • 7. Abdominal Wall Function

Note: The assessment process takes 2-3 hours (depending on client’s health status). The first hour is usually separate, for it is the complimentary initial consultation.

The movement program includes:

  1. Periodization: A specific schedule that lays out the movement and stretching requirements for each week. Each program last anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on the clients training age, experience, and goals.

  2. Mobilization Program: A program outlining pre and post workout mobilizations and stretches that are targeted for postural and musculoskeletal corrections. Addressing imbalances is vital for staying pain-free.

  3. Exercise Program: An exercise program that involves anywhere from 2-5 workouts, depending on individual goals and time availability.

Note: The most common amount of time needed for completion/graduation of overall program ranges from 4-8 months in time (dependent on client and set goals).
